Apple cider vinegar has been know as an elixir and cure-all for 1000′s of years. Lately, however, it has gone from a home-made folk remedy to a homeopathic miracle. It can treat all sorts of ailments and problems but it is know becoming one of the hottest weight loss products on the market.
Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural diuretics. You comes in two ways, the natural liquid form and tablets. If you cannot drink vinegar, it is probably better to take the vinegar pill.
There have been several theories put forth on why apple cider vinegar weight loss works but the full mechanics of how it works are still a bit of a mystery. It is probable a mixture of them. It could have something to do with the fact that it is a natural detoxifier and helping the body work better. Another theory is that it has to do with the enzymes.
