I was at Burger King with my niece yesterday. I  usually stay away from fast food restaurants, but it was a little treat for her. I usually never even look at the menu, because I assume everything will be equally as bad for you. Something caught my eye this time, and I saw the pictures of (what appeared to be) delicious healthy salads and chicken wraps. This does seem like a good idea, but I wonder if they really will attract health freaks like myself.

On the other side, it’s really not that surprising that they are introducing these new items to the menu. Some think that Burger King salads won’t help convince customers to choose to buy a salad there, over other fast food restaurants like Wendy’s.  It’ also believed that they are going to have to introduce something much more different and healthier, in order to convince them. I’m honestly not even sure what they can sell, in order to do this.Perhaps something that no other fast food restaurant sells, such as a special organic menu.

I can’t say I know the amount of calories in the wraps or salads, so I can’t give an honest opinion about whether or not they are a healthy choice. Maybe I’ll try something out during lunch today, and ask for the calorie count of course.

Does anyone know what time the football game comes on tonight, or what channel it comes on? I have no idea if it is an afternoon game or an evening game. I do not want to miss it. I put a post on Facebook that says “What time does the game start today?” So far, the only person to respond said that he did not know either. I guess I will go on http://www.cannonsatellite.com/ to see if they have a tv listing for the game, and I could figure it out that way. My wife is wanting to run a few errands around town today, and I’m happy to go along and help her, I just want to make sure that we are home for the game and that I do not miss it. If I could just figure out what time it comes on, we could schedule around it easily, because the errands are all things that can be done anytime today. There’s not a set time that they have to be done.

It wasn’t until a few years ago, that I decided to become a healthier person. I used to eat pretty much whatever I wanted, and I didn’t care about calories,sugar,or fat. It turns out that apple cider vinegar is useful for more than one thing. I never really what exactly it could be used for before I went to my friends barbeque. I had some chicken and it had a very strange but good taste to it. It just tasted different, and I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. My little sister just got married, and I worry about her. Her husband’s job requires a lot of traveling, so she is alone a lot. Who would have thought at this age I would be living out on a farm in the middle of nowhere with my husband? I don’t think anyone thought I’d get married, to tell you the truth, because I’ve always had a rebellious streak and I loved being single while I was. But anyway, Mark’s a farmer and he’s got all this land in his family so I’ve actually really started growing accustomed to living out here on the land and handling animals and whatnot all day.
